Learn from Experienced Yoga Teachers in Rishikesh
At Yoga 2 Share, our yoga teacher trainings are guided by experienced teachers who have studied, practiced and taught yoga in India and internationally.
Each instructor brings a complementary area of expertise, from alignment and functional anatomy to classical Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation. Together, they provide a balanced training that combines traditional foundations with a modern and practical teaching methodology.
Our goal is to help students develop the knowledge, confidence and clarity required to teach yoga safely and responsibly in real-world environments.
Our programs are based in Rishikesh, India, widely known as the birthplace of yoga, where students have the opportunity to study in a setting deeply connected to the tradition while learning how to apply yoga in contemporary contexts.

She returned to India again in 2025 to continue her studies in yoga therapy, developing an approach that integrates breath, observation, and a progressive reconnection to movement.
Her interest in holistic well-being has also led her to explore complementary practices such as sound healing, which she integrates as a supportive tool for relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Today, Chiara shares her teaching through classes and teacher trainings, combining a structured approach with a strong emphasis on listening to the body, adapting to individual needs and creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
