Why Choose This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

The quality of a yoga teacher training depends first and foremost on the teachers.
At Yoga 2 Share, all principal instructors were trained in India and bring decades of combined teaching experience. Their foundation is rooted in traditional study, but their experience extends far beyond a single training environment.

Our teachers have taught in Indian ashrams, yoga institutions, community settings, and international programs across different cultural contexts. This exposure allows them to guide students not only in classical practice, but in how to teach responsibly in real world environments.
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training focuses on building strong foundations. Students are supported step by step in developing clarity in alignment, confidence in communication, and awareness of different body types and learning styles.
Rather than promoting performance, the emphasis is placed on safe practice, structured methodology, and practical teaching skills.
Studying in Rishikesh, near the Ganga in the Laxman Jhula area, provides a focused learning atmosphere connected to the roots of yoga while preparing students for modern teaching contexts.
This training is designed for those who want a structured, responsible, and professionally guided introduction to teaching yoga.
